The long wait to be able to play RuneScape on your mobile device will be over in early 2018. The game will be ported over to mobile platforms, however, without clarifying on which platforms we will receive it. It is to be presumed that RuneScape is to launch on iOS and Android devices.
Online sign-ups for those who want to register their interest in the game are already open. This will keep you up with the project as it moves forward, and it'll give you a chance to get into the beta for each version once it launches.
Both versions of RuneScape Mobile will have all of the same features as their desktop counterparts. The new controls will be optimized for mobile devices, as well as cross-platform play. So, you will be playing the exact same game on the go as you would at home on your computer, with the same crowd and same characters.
